Student Term Reports
Registration Activity Provides a running total of credit hours for a given term, allowing for multiple terms to be compared in a single chart. A tree map is provided to illustrate the relative volume of students between program and campus, and can be used to filter the running total to the selected population. The parameter boxes at the top can be used to filter both charts to the desired population. Campus Population Student Campus vs Section Campus represents the number of registrations by the student's campus on the vertical axis and the section campus on the horizontal axis. Any number off the diagonal would represent a registration where the student is registered for a course off of their home campus. Credits Attempted and Student Count by Campus shows both of those numbers by the student's home campus. Clicking on any of the cells in either of these reports will filter the Student List down the list of students that those numbers represent. The filtered list of students can be exported to excel by selecting export data from the ... menu in the upper right corner of the list. Student Demographics Four visuals that are interactively linked, breaking the student population down by geolocation, gender, age group, and ethnicity, also updating the Student List with the list of students that the selection represents. Section Information A list of sections for the selected term, similar to the notorious Course Section Scan report commonly used throughout the university. This report can be used to identify section capacity and seat availability along with the number of students enrolled into the section via a crosslisted course. The section info list is linked to the Student List below, showing information about the students that are actively registered into the filtered section, additionally showing the academic outcome. These lists can be filtered down to sections that have students with no grade posted by using the grade parameter box.

HR - Application Access Status
Displays a list of people in which their most recent Hire Date or Last Work Date is within the specified number of days and whether or not their account currently has access to Banner Objects, PowerFAIDS, or Fordham Connect. Used for audit by OPMG.

Details for canceled courses over the semesters or academic years.
SEIU Report - Sections
This report provides a list of cancelled sections, cancellation date, enrollment prior to cancellation, instructor assigned to the section prior to cancellation and indicators for union/non-union faculty. Next, it provides a list of sections with low-enrollment sections and no instructor assigned. Lastly, it shows the enrollment and add/drop activity for specific sections, and faculty over time. PCS Students Report
This report was created for The School of Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) to answer a couple basic questions: who are the students in PCS programs and who should be in a PCS program? In its current state, it answers how old the students are (based on age at the start of the selected term(s)) and where they are from (based on the selected address type, including the address of their graduating high school).
Attempted Credit Hour Comparisons Over Time
This report allows a user to compare attempted credit hours at point in time from registration history as well as final attempted hours from academic history.

Course Instructor History
This report shows the number of times an instructor was assigned to a course. It was created in order for Department Chairs to grant priority to those who meet the priority rule for future assignments.

This report lists of students who were dismissed from University and were dropped from courses.
Students With Confidential Flag Report
This report helps to identify Students with a confidential flag checked. It includes current and past students. Originally requested for the sole purpose of auditing the Flag... how many students have it enabled and to help determine if it is legitimate.
Students Eligible to Register but are NOT Registered
This report allows a user to select a term and view a list of students that are eligible to register in the selected term, but are not currently registered.
International Students Enrolled - Top Countries of Origin
This report shows which countries have the most enrolled undergraduate and graduate international students.
Graduation Statistics
This report is designed to help Academic Records track the status of students graduating and receiving a degree or certificate. Students in this report are either cleared for graduation, filed a degree application, have their final audit completed, or are at the final checkout for graduating. In addition, the Degree Status field is designed to select students that were awarded a degree or certificate, or students that sought or have a pending degree/certificate.

The Degree Conferral Report shows counts of degrees awarded by College, Program and Gender.
